WHAT'S IN THESE TERMS

These terms tell you the rules for using our website www.ee.watch (our site). Our site is a Streaming Platform for people to discover and reward inspiring content from faith-based filmmakers, including live ‘premier’ events. It is an ad-free service powered by creators and generosity of their audiences who value faith-based content, and who desire to be resourced with Christian Bible guides for group and personal engagement.

By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.

Therefore, we comply with UK law. As a Viewer, you must ensure you comply with your own local law.

Registered Users

Becoming a Registered User

You may register as a Viewer of the Website by using an email address and password or via Social Logins including Google, or Facebook.

Payments and Stripe Processing

All financial transactions on Eternal Entertainment are securely handled through Stripe, our trusted payment partner. By using our Site and making payments, you agree to the following:

Tipping

We allow Viewers to provide payment to creators by using the “Give” button on ee.watch or to scan when WR code appears during content.
• Tips are discretionary, with a minimum of $1 (USD),
• Tips are processed immediately via Stripe and are non-refundable.
• Eternal Entertainment charges a 20% service fee (less third-party payment processing fees), giving the Creator 70% and the remaining 10% is sent at the discretion of Enternal Entertainment to charitable works.

Payment Methods

• All payments must be made using a valid debit card, credit card, or other Stripe-accepted payment method.
• You confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

Refunds

• Except where required by law, Eternal Entertainment does not provide refunds for tips, or other payments.
• If you believe there has been an error with a payment, please contact us at contact@eternalentertainment.com and we will review the matter with Stripe.

We may make changes to our site

We may update and change our site from time to time to reflect changes to services, user needs, and business priorities.

We may suspend or withdraw access

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content, will always be available. We may suspend or restrict access for business or operational reasons.

Registering for an account & KEEPIGN IT SECURE

• Accounts can only be opened in the name of an individual.
• You are responsible for the security of your login details.

If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at contact@eternalentertainment.com.

Intellecutal Property and Use of Content

• Eternal Entertainment owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in the site and published material (“Site Content”).
• The Viewer/Creator indemnifies EE from all costs, damages, and losses arising from breach of the terms (e.g., copyright infringement, defamation in comments).
• As the licensee of content EE, has the right to use and to authorise others to use the title of the Film, the names (including pictures, portraits, and caricatures) and biographical material of the performers, producers, directors, writers, and other contributors of the Film, in the distribution, advertising, publicity and promotion of the Film.
• Films nor their title, nor anything contained in the Films including any music and sound synchronisation, nor its distribution, performance and exploitation by the Licensee under this Agreement does or will violate or infringe the trademark, trade name, copyright, literary, dramatic, musical, artistic, personal, private, civil or property right rights of privacy or any other right of any person or entity.
• Copyright in content and in any other dramatic and musical material upon which it is based, or which is contained therein (other than public domain material), will be valid and subsisting during the Term in each country of the Territory where such protection is available.
• With respect to each musical composition and sound recording contained in the content, Licensors of content warrant that performing rights in and to such musical compositions are:

• in the public domain; or
• owned or controlled by Licensor

EE does not hold responsibility for unlicensed material

Links to Other Websites

Links to third-party websites are for information only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, those sites.

Uploading and Approval of Content

• EE curates and approves Content but is not responsible for verifying ownership claims made by creators.
• Any IP infringement claims should be directed to the Creator. EE will remove infringing Content if validated.
• Other user-generated content (e.g., comments) does not represent EE’s views.
• The views expressed in the Content may not always align with the views of EE.

Complaints

Our responsibility for loss or damage

• We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
• We provide our site for personal, non-commercial use only.
• We are not responsible for business losses.
• We are only liable for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach or negligence.
