To hide his own crooked past and line his pockets, a smooth-talking traveling preacher schemes to rob his latest, unsuspecting congregation of their hard-earned tithing money. In order to carry out the heist, he recruits two bumbling stooges to pillage the church collections and meet him on the outskirts of town. However, when their chaotic robbery completely falls apart, the townspeople’s unexpected reactions force everyone involved to realize that God can work through the messy situations to change hearts.
